Setting the Standard for More Than 35 Years
InterSearch was founded in 1989; the Turkish office opened in 1991 as the country's first international executive search firm. At the time the profession was barely known in Türkiye, and we helped establish it.
Since then we have delivered the country's most critical senior appointments, developing a way of working that combines international methodology with local market realities. M. Fatih Algan became Managing Partner in 2017 and today also leads InterSearch's global Consumer Goods Practice Group.
