Alexander Wilhelm

Alexander Wilhelm is Managing Partner of InterSearch Executive Consultants, based in the Frankfurt / Germany.

Alexander started his career in executive search in 2001 with a global ES firm, followed by setting up a national executive search company for over ten years, the last years as a managing partner and member of the board. Since 2017 he joined InterSearch Executive Consultants.

Alexander Wilhelm primarily advises national and international companies from industry (i.e. chemical, energy, engineering, plastics, machinery / mechanical engineering, Supply Chain etc.), automotive, and the public sector. His core competencies include executive search, executive coaching, and corporate succession. As a consultant with a long and well-established network, he is an industry expert for renowned, national and international family and medium-sized companies as well as corporations.

Before he found his passion for Executive Search, Alexander was a Key Account Manager at an automotive 1st tier, responsible for one of the leading global automotive groups. Previously part of the technical sales team at GE Plastics (General Electric).

Alexander Wilhelm has voluntary work, among other things, as a member of a leading German business association and in social commitment in the regional vicinity of Frankfurt.
