How Our Executive Search Process Works

A senior search takes on average 8-12 weeks from first briefing to the executive starting. The process has five stages.

  1. 1

    Briefing and target market analysis

    Week 1

We define the competencies the role requires, the reporting structure and the list of target companies.

  2. 2

    Longlist development

    Weeks 2-3

Our research team maps executives across the target companies and makes first approaches.

  3. 3

    Consultant interviews and shortlist

    Weeks 4-6

Candidates are assessed face to face by experienced consultants; the shortlist is presented to the client.

  4. 4

    Client interviews and referencing

    Weeks 7-10
  5. 5

    Offer, acceptance and onboarding

    Weeks 11-12

We follow the executive's integration after placement.
