Demet Tahmiscioğlu

Demet Tahmiscioğlu is a Partner at InterSearch Turkey. Over a 27-year career with one of Turkey's leading groups she worked as a middle and senior executive in strategic planning, business development, corporate communications and marketing — experience that gave her a holistic view of how a business works. 

Since 2012 she has focused on personal and organisational development through the Enneagram. She is an associate of Awareness to Action International and a certified trainer of the Halin Premont Enneagram Institute. She applies this background to candidate assessment, bringing behavioural depth and cultural-fit analysis to the search process.
