Fatih Algan

M. Fatih Algan has been Managing Partner of InterSearch Turkey since 2017. He also serves as Global Practice Group Leader for Consumer Goods, coordinating the network's work in this field across more than 50 countries. 

Before InterSearch he held senior executive and board roles in the automotive, manufacturing and consumer goods sectors, most recently as Commercial HR Director of Indesit Turkey. He has managed global HR teams and led projects across several regions. 

He holds a degree in Management and a master's in Systems Engineering, and has completed a micro-MBA programme. His doctoral research is in strategic management. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
