Harris Karaolides

Harris began his career in 1989 and has worked in Athens, Greece, New York City, USA and Dubai, UAE. He has more than 20 years of experience as an executive search consultant, joining InterSearch Greece in 1998 and eventually becoming the General Manager of InterSearch’s Athens office, which reports into him until today.

Since 2013 Harris has joined InterSearch Middle East and is currently General Manager of InterSearch’s Dubai office and has previously served as Global Media Relations Executive for InterSearch Worldwide, playing a significant role in increasing visibility and awareness for the Global organization.

He is focusing on executive search across various industries, has specific market knowledge of the Energy and Renewable Energy sector through working with numerous large service providers and product suppliers. As such he leads Energy & Renewable Energies Practice of InterSearch Worldwide.

Harris is also Sub-Leader for InterSearch Worldwide’s Global Consumer Goods & Retail Practice Group. Over the course of his career, he has helped InterSearch Worldwide’s delighted Consumer Goods & Retail clients place senior-level executives for mission-critical roles across a wide geography including locations as diverse as Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Algeria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iran and Pakistan.

He holds a Master’s Degree from Syracuse University’s prestigious S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in New York and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Deree, The American College of Greece. He has been a recipient InterSearch Worldwide’s annual Excellence Award.
