Daria Tulubenskaya
Daria joined the InterSearch Board of Directors in 2020. She is a Partner of the Russian member, Kontakt InterSearch Russia.
She is personally involved in the implementation of Executive Search projects in the local market, as well as in international search for professionals, together with other offices of the IWW network.
Apart from being a Board Member, Daria is the Central Eastern Europe Regional Leader of Consumer Goods Practice. Her expertise stems from building up Kontakt’s “Sports Industry” and “Textile Industry” Practices since 2016.
Also she is in charge of “Fashion & beauty retail” and “consumer goods (FMCG)” practices. Earlier in 2020 she launched the new product “SmartTrek” (project which helps top managers to build career tracks).
Daria forms management teams of the largest Russian and foreign companies as well as start-ups. She oversees C&B research and senior executives and top management teams evaluation projects.
She regularly speaks and moderates business events and is publishing as an expert in business and industry media.
She graduated from the State University of Management with a diploma in “Personnel Management” and is currently studying MBA at The Moscow School of Management Skolkovo.
Daria is a Charity hunter in the “Meet for charity” project
She is fond of sailing, snowboarding, tennis.
