M. Fatih Algan, Ph.D. (candidate) has been cultivating board HR experience especially in automotive, production, and consumer goods before joining Ageo International family. He has successfully managed global HR teams and led various projects as a Project Manager whose final role was Commercial HR Director of Indesit Turkey. Fatih holds B.Sc in Management from Universitat de Barcelona and M.Sc in Occupational Health & Safety Management from Gediz University. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
